natural seeder, which allow us better control of the quality
of our crop.
•In our nursery we operate programmed pest and disease control,
geared to the requirements of each individual crop. Thorough
pest and disease control checks are carried
out on a regular cycle.

are required for each of these, to deliver the quality of product
required by customers who wish to specify the level of peat
to be used in the process.
• Our nursery uses the latest technology for plant growing. We are subscribers
to the Horticultural Development Council and
make regular visits to seed and system suppliers to ensure we
are aware of the latest developments.
• Across our nursery staff, we have developed a huge bank of skill,
knowledge and expertise. We combine the two fundamental sources
of knowledge - experience and technical education – and
keep this current by attendance at seminars and visits to the
leading seed suppliers.
